Howard Jones
Between 1984 and 1989, Howard Jones was a prominent figure in synth-pop. His debut album, “Human’s Lib,” was released in March 1984 and reached number one on the UK Albums Chart. The album featured hit singles like “What Is Love?” and “Pearl in the Shell.” His second album, “Dream into Action,” came out in 1985 and was his most successful, reaching number two in the UK and number ten in the US. In 1985, he performed at the Live Aid concert. He released “One to One” in 1986 and “Cross That Line” in 1989.
